Mary grew up in Northwest Indiana and received degrees from Bishop Noll Institute and Purdue University Northwest. She has been a part of the Klemme & Co. family for more than 20 years and thoroughly enjoys the challenges and wonderful clients she has met through the years. In her free time, she and her husband own Leisure Time Campground and spend time with her children, Beckie and Adam.

Our Team
Leo Klemme
Born on a farm in Benton County, Leo moved to Lafayette in 1964 when he married his wife, Kay, and now has 5 children and 16 grandchildren. He earned his BA degree from St. Joseph College in 1961, is a graduate of the Lipscomb CPA Program of the University of Colorado and was licensed as a CPA in 1971. He founded Klemme & Co. in 1971 and has focused for decades on serving the financial, tax, and accounting needs of a large spectrum and variety of small businesses and individuals in the northwest central Indiana area. With over 50 years of experience, Leo is passionate with his business, and will help you grow yours.
Beckie has over 15 years of tax, accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping experience. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with B.S. in Accounting from Colorado Technical University in 2007 and Summa Cum Laude with Masters in Accounting from University of Connecticut in 2008. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2009 and is a Quickbooks Online Certified pro Advisor.
Beckie Sargent
Linda was born and raised in Monticello, Indiana. In 1983 she graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Management from Indiana State University, with a minor in Computer Science. She has been a member of the Klemme & Co. team since 1995, starting as a temporary Secretary and Receptionist, with the current title of Administrator. As the client's first point of contact within the firm, Linda is happy to provide the best customer service possible.
